After 21 years, Josh Cole, The Rufford Small Grants Programme’s Grants Director is stepping down from this role and leaving the foundation. Josh was instrumental in starting the Rufford Small Grants Programme in 2000 and played a major role in developing new ideas such as the RSG Conferences that began in 2012 and have continued to be a great success for RSG grantees. Josh was also pivotal in promoting the move from a paper-based to a fully online application system which transformed the whole programme. The Rufford Foundation Trustees and staff would like to wish Josh every success and happiness in his future endeavours.
