This project aims to promote the planting and conservation of Sal trees, to encourage the local people to take an interest in the Sal trees conservation programs.

Public awareness education on reforestation, rainforest conservation and climate change in all the schools in Western Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea

Aim of the project is to educate more than 15,000 plus students from primary, secondary, tertiary, technical, and private schools in Western Highlands Province about reforestation, climate change, and conservation issues and challenges in order to develop an increased understanding and appreciation of these pressing environmental issues facing Papua New Guinea currently.

Conservation of the threatened conifers in the Dalat Plateau

The aim of this project is to promote effective protection of threatened Vietnamese conifers by developing further understanding of their ecology including the current age structure, spatial distribution and dynamic. To determine land-use changes in Rivera, Uruguay, where the most important land-use change has been exotic tree plantations establishment. Determine mammal species richness and composition in native forest, grassland and exotic tree plantation and determine which habitat and landscape variables are the best predictors of local species richness.

Conservation of two Ficus species with local community participation in Pindaya region, Southern Shan State, Myanmar

The project aims to develop database on the tree population of two Ficus species, to conserve them in their natural environment, to increase plant population by growing seedlings or young plants with local community participation, and to share nature conservation knowledge to local people and community in Pindaya region including nearby villages.
